What to Expect

Sunday Service Time

10:00 am - Adult Sunday School (click here for schedule)

11:00 am - Sunday Service Begins (Worship and regular Sunday Service)

What should you expect when you walk through the doors for a Sunday service? That is a question a lot of people ask when they consider going to a new church. Hopefully this will give you a glimpse of a typical Sunday.

  • Come as you are. Dress is casual.
  • We offer an Adult Sunday School at 10:00 a.m. Childcare is available.
  • Our Sunday service begins at 11:00 a.m. with worship. Worship at LHCF is a blend of contemporary rock and contemporary gospel. It is okay to clap and raise your hands.
  • Each Sunday we share communion. You do not have to be a member of LHCF to share with us.
  • Following communion, we have our time of tithe and announcements.
  • From there, children go to Sunday School. Sunday School teaching is provided for children from 1 year old through 8th grade.
  • Once the children are in their classes, teaching is shared from the pulpit. Prayer is available after each service.
  • Parents may pick up their children once the service is concluded.
  • On the first Sunday of each month, we have a short service and enjoy a potluck fellowship meal together.
